REFUNDS

 

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that at Hanna & Kiko, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within [number of days] days of delivery. However, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned items in the same condition they were sent, we will promptly process your refund. Thank you for your understanding and continued support

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
